They have provided two annual inspections to date and have also provided plumbing/repair maintenance for our home. Owner Armando, Mario, and the entire "AC" Company are experienced, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. My HVAC system was not working properly, so based on a referral from my mom and sister I called AC Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to come and check it out. Scheduling was easy with Diana. Salvador (the HVAC tech) called me and let me know they were on their way (much appreciated) and we started to figure it out. They soon found the issue and it was back up and running. Since they were here, I had them clean the coils since it's been a while. I found them to be friendly and honest and they did a great job! I will certainly be calling them back in the future. When my kitchen sink was plugged, other plumbers complained about the way it was designed. Never addressed the issue. When Anthony came up here, he completely changed the configuration of the plumbing underneath there. And? The process starts with awesome communication from the office. I was well-informed about when a technician could come to provide an estimate within a 2-hour window. I received reminders via text and email of all appointment times. The scope of the job involved roughing in the plumbing for a new bathroom (shower, water closet, and vanity) and connecting it to the existing sewer lines with clean-outs. Armando was the lead on the three-man crew. He and the others were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They communicated what would happen each day. The work was done with precision and craftsmanship. Their bid was very competitive.
